Celebrating & Enjoying the Spring
I want to start off this letter with a thank you to everyone who visited our booth this past weekend at the Celebrate Morristown art show. We were encouraged by your support and are grateful to know there is interest in our work. The hidden color of plants is awe-inspiring, and we are devoted to continue our plant based practice in painting. Thank you for receiving our work.
This weekend was particularly special. This is our rookie season in the art market, and Morristown was our very first show. We even sold our very first painting: Devotion.

If you’re interested in seeing more of our paintings, we recently updated our website with more recent work. Each piece contains the memory of a long, laborious, and beautiful process.
We make our work out in Lancaster county, at the dye house where I work during the week. After hours, Green Matters Natural Dye Company graciously lets Dan & I use the dye house our studio. Most of our work is done with an indigo vat.

We were in the studio a yesterday finishing up some new work for the remaining show season. For the rest of the summer we’ll be bringing ThoughtForms to shows in Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania.
